Business Administration (Medical) Traineeship

You will complete a Certificate III Business (Medical)Administration qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, NNSWLHD Lismore Base Hospital.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
- General administrative duties including answering phones, taking messages, emails, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and data analytics
- Provide ad hoc support to the patient administration team
- Work across excel and in-house data bases
- Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required

To be successful in this role, you\'ll need to meet the following selection criteria:
- Commitment to both on and off the job training.
- Show enthusiasm towards the traineeship and learning opportunity
- Good, clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
Mandatory Requirements
- NSW National Police Check
- Evidence of current vaccination status (in accordance with NSW Health Policy)
- Prepared to have any missing mandatory vaccinations prior to commencing employment in accordance with NSW Health Policy and Procedures
