About the Role
This key position involves delivering exceptional administrative support, facilitating business growth and success.
* Prepare and update a range of recruitment and HR documents such as client proposals, job briefs, position descriptions, interview guides, job adverts and ad-hoc reports
* Contribute to marketing/promotional activities
* Develop existing and new internal processes, procedures, and workflows
* Greet visitors at reception, answer phone calls and relay messages
* Maintain a beautiful and well-equipped office space
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration with strong skills in document preparation and management
* Aptitude in using software and platforms to work efficiently (we use the MS suite, Teams, OneNote and others)
