About the role:
The position requires system-level development across communications, radar, and space technologies, with a strong emphasis on creative thinking to design functional, efficient, and novel solutions to complex engineering problems.
This role is well suited to a senior RF Engineer with 10+ years' experience. The work is predominantly technical and requires a strong understanding of application design, hardware interfaces (such as Ethernet), and the implementation of digital signal processing algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, design, and implement RF PCB solutions
* Simulate RF systems
* Test and review RF, analogue, and digital PCBs

Technical Experience Essential
* RF systems design
* PCB design and simulation
* Use of RF simulation tools
* Operation of electronic test equipment

Essential Criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
* Proven industry experience in RF design
* Experience testing RF and analogue systems
* Strong PCB design and simulation experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Communication systems exposure
* Radar systems experience
* Embedded software development experience
