About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Solutions Expert to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in forecasting staffing needs and developing strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right positions.
You will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support our organizational goals. Your expertise will enable us to optimize our workforce planning, resulting in improved productivity and reduced costs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
* Develop schedules in line with business needs.
* Assist in effectively rostering our employee resources.
* You will be responsible for publishing rosters, processing employee status changes, and employment transactions while using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.
* Manage contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences, and assess the requirement for backfilling or additional shifts.
* Ensure compliance to all company and industry guidelines.
* Set new staff up on the systems.
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Previous experience in rostering and/or other similar position.
* Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources, and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
* Payroll Certification (desirable).
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
