**Your new role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join the FITT Resources team in this newly created role and it is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to join the Senior Management team in a role that is hands-on and strategic.
The role will be focused on delivering a best-in-class colleague experience across the employee life cycle and creating a culture and organisation that enables the organisation to continue to grow and scale. This is a true generalist role that will give you an opportunity to work in the detail and get the operational HR foundations right, as well as partner with Leadership and input into the commercial and strategic success of the business.
Your Primary Objectives
- Partner with leadership across all aspects of the employee life cycle from hire to retire
- Work with leadership to attract, recruit and onboard diverse talent
- Define the talent strategy and a colleague experience in line with the overall business strategy
- Work with management on organisation design and succession planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles to support business goals
- Develop performance management and training solutions to help develop and retain talent at all levels
- Develop HR policies and processes to support best-practice and a consistent colleague's experience across the business
- Lead, support and coach the business with compassion and empathy through transformation and change
- Lead communications and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent
- Provide confidential HR support and advice to all colleagues
- Develop and drive the Environmental, Social and Governance approach and initiatives across the group, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Environment and Safety
- Build a strong people culture through the business
- As a member of the senior management team, embody culture and values
**What you'll need to succeed**
This is a great job for a HR Manager / Business Partner who can demonstrate success in a similar, broad hands on and strategic role. You possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, and you are someone who has a proactive and collaborative approach.
Your experience in HR covers a broad range of HR experience across generalist and specialist functions. You come with a pragmatic and commercial approach and you easily build strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
It goes without saying, that you can demonstrate a high level of integrity and you build trust with colleagues at all levels
