About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. You will play a key role in the planning, design, delivery, and supervision of civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on road construction, pavement works, and local government/major roads projects.

Key responsibilities
* Prepare and review reports for road, pavement, and drainage infrastructure
* Undertake site investigations, inspections, and quality control during construction phases
* Manage project documentation, variations, progress claims, and compliance with relevant standards (Austroads, RMS/TfNSW, local council specs)
* Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
* Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's degree or higher)
* Minimum 3–8+ years' post‐graduate experience in civil infrastructure/road construction projects
* Experience preparing technical reports, specifications, and contract documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Current Australian driver's licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Highly desirable/good to have
* Practical experience in asphalt pavement works – including mix design, laying, compaction, quality testing, and defect rectification
* Exposure to road rehabilitation, asphalt overlay projects, or pavement maintenance programs
* Familiarity with pavement materials testing and performance assessment
