Under the direction of the Team Leader, Systems, the primary focus of the position is to provide level 1 and 2 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) staff and students. This position is also expected to assist in performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for ICT services and systems that are supported by the Data and Digitalisation branch.
