We are on the lookout for a talented Head Chef who can step in where needed and handle a range of culinary duties. This vital role ensures consistency and quality across not just one, but all of our Sunshine Coast venues. Your leadership and culinary expertise will support our teams wherever it's needed most.

What You’ll Do
* Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
* Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
* Design and produce top quality food
* Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What do we need from you
What You’ll Need
* Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
* Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
* Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
* Trade cooking qualifications
* The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
