About the Role
As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting advisors by creating personalized insurance strategies and managing the advice process.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored insurance plans for clients to meet their unique needs
* Manage the advice process to ensure seamless communication with advisors and clients, driving business growth and client satisfaction
* Analyze data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions that drive business success
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in life insurance, specifically in Life, Disability, and Critical Illness insurance
* Proficiency in XPLAN CRM software and ability to leverage its features to drive efficiency and productivity
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
