At Emery Industries, we're a 100% Australian-owned manufacturer specialising in stainless steel solutions for healthcare and food service environments. We partner with hospitals, clinicians, consultants, and builders to deliver compliant, fit-for-purpose solutions that genuinely improve healthcare outcomes.
We move fast, value practical thinking, and back our people to make decisions.
About the Role
This role owns the commercial performance of the QLD/NT territory. You'll manage an established portfolio while actively developing new opportunities across hospitals, healthcare facilities, and associated project stakeholders.

* Owning and growing revenue across the QLD/NT territory
* Managing a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
* Building trusted relationships with clinicians, procurement, consultants, and builders

* Identifying opportunities in both core and adjacent markets
* Collaborating closely with design, production, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Maintaining accurate CRM activity and forecasting
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across QLD and NT. You'll be trusted to manage your time, prioritise high-value opportunities, and operate autonomously.
About You
You're a confident, commercially minded BDM who enjoys being accountable for results. You're comfortable opening doors, managing complexity, and representing a manufacturing business with pride.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience selling capital equipment, FF&E, or healthcare solutionsli>
* Demonstrated success managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare facilities, or government-backed projects
* Strong proactive lead generation and conversion capability
* Confidence using CRM systems (Odoo experience not required — we'll train you)
* A practical, customer-first mindset with strong commercial judgement
This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and ownership.

* trust, low bureaucracy working environment
* Direct access to decision-makers
* A collaborative, supportive team culture
* Long-term career development opportunities
* The chance to contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes every day
