This Opportunity:
As a future leader, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and teams on their adventures.
* Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
* Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture
* Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution
* Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
* Supporting and influencing store targets, KPIs and growth results
* Coaching future leaders and contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline
* Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience
What we are looking for:
* Proven retail management experience (essential)
* Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
* Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
* A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
* Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
