The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to drive new business growth across Victoria's FMCG, manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for selling tailored labelling solutions to both new and existing customers.
If you enjoy consultative selling, being on the road, understanding production processes, and working closely with customers to deliver compliant and cost-effective labelling outcomes, this role will offer strong autonomy, variety, and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers, driving retention and account expansion.
* Conduct site visits to understand customer production environments, compliance requirements, and label specifications.
* Present and promote self-adhesive, barcode, variable data, and specialty labelling solutions.
* Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and supply agreements, managing negotiations through to close.
* Work closely with internal production, pre-press, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Drive sales activity aligned with the company's strategic growth plan across Victoria.

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in business development or field sales, ideally within labelling, packaging, print, FMCG supply, or industrial consumables.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with production managers, QA teams, and senior decision-makers.
* A commercially minded, consultative sales approach focused on long-term partnerships.
* High levels of organisation, self-motivation, and comfort managing a Victorian territory.
* A solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and customer outcomes.
Experience selling labels or packaging solutions in Victoria will be highly regarded.

Base $90k–$120k | Super | Car | Commissions
