About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our North Queensland team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing a portfolio of accounts in your designated territory.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the FMCG industry. You will be passionate about wine and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key responsibilities include developing high-quality relationships with customers, facilitating sustainable account growth, and ensuring customer alignment with agreements. You will also provide feedback to the National Accounts team on compliance, promotional adherence, and market activity.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the FMCG industry.
* Wine industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment and collaborate with diverse customers and teams.
