About the Role:
The Technical Development Senior Specialist reports to the Technical Development Supervisor. This position is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, both e-learning and trainer-led sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyzing Human Performance Gaps: Apply a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and closing them.
 * Learning Solutions Design: Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using various methods.
 * Effective Delivery: Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
 * Metric Analysis: Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.
 * Stakeholder Engagement: Uses concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness.
 * Policies and Procedures: Understands and implements policies, procedures, and processes related to division plans.
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's Degree Holder: Bachelor's Degree holder is required.
 * Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
 * Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
 * Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills are required.
 * Collaboration: Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business.
 * Training Platforms: Adept with various multimedia training platforms and methods.
 * Research and Evaluation: Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
 * Learning Content Design: Proficiency in designing learning content and implementing effective training and development.
 * Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
