Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality face-to-face interactions and facilitate appointment setting.
* Maintain accurate register balances at the end of each day.
* Assist with preparing invoices, documentation, and document management.
* Ensure timely replacement of merchandise in the waiting room store.
* Perform general administrative duties, including opening and closing the reception area and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
* Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to maintain high standards of personal care.
Requirements:
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Proven experience in high-volume customer service environments.
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative and reception roles.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems skills.
