Job Title: Corporate Insolvency Specialist
About the Role:
You will work closely with senior team members on a diverse range of corporate insolvency cases. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing various aspects of Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships, and business restructuring.
* Conducting financial analysis and creating clear written reports.
* Assisting with investigations, stakeholder interviews, and data gathering.
* Reviewing company records to identify potential recoveries.
* Supporting asset realization activities.
* Liaising with directors, creditors, lawyers, and financiers.
* Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal deadlines.
About You:
* Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related field.
* At least 2 years' experience in corporate insolvency.
* Working towards CA/CPA certification.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret financial information.
* Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with directors and creditors.
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
