Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Conversation Designer to join our team and elevate our automation capabilities across key Voice & Digital Messaging channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human-centred design and UX principles, with experience designing conversational flows, user journeys, and automations that are clear, engaging, and aligned with customer and business needs.
The role involves using AI technologies to push the boundaries of our platform capabilities, analysing data to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimisation, and leveraging insights to design automated conversation flows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design conversational flows, user journeys, and automations that meet customer and business needs
* Analyse data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
* Leverage insights to design automated conversation flows that enhance the customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in human-centred design and UX principles
* Experience designing conversational flows, user journeys, and automations
* Certification or demonstrated experience with Amazon Connect is highly desirable
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels to develop and deliver creative solutions
