We are looking for a driven Territory Manager to manage and grow sales across the North Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast retail pharmacy territory. This role suits a candidate ideally living around North Lakes or Caloundra. The role includes regional trips planned every quarter.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering agreed sales targets, building strong pharmacy relationships and ensuring excellent execution of product ranging.
Responsibilities
* Managing sales performance and budgets within your territory
* Achieving monthly targets and annual growth objectives
* Excellent communication with customers ensuring that they are informed of new products and promotions
* Planning your store visits
* Building strong in‐store execution, including product ranging and positioning
* Coordinating in‐store and window displays with state merchandisers
* Managing orders, returns and account administration
* Developing and maintaining strong rapport with pharmacy owners, managers and staff
* Attending sales meetings and interstate or international bi‐annual conferences
* Providing timely feedback and insights to internal sales and support teams
* Ensuring all customer communication is professional, timely and service‐focused

* Strong understanding of retail pharmacy
* Excellent relationship‐building and communication skills
* Strong planning, organisation and time‐management capability
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‐performance sales team
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsA motivated, results‐focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Must have drivers license
