Sales Freelancer (commission) for Australia – Sydney, Corporate Wellness Experiences. Commission-based sales freelancer (acquisition, management) for a B2B wellness/creativity/development startup selling Sessions of Vitality to corporate clients.
Location: Australia (Sydney; Melbourne bonus).
Culture Vitale curates “Sessions of Vitality” — immersive half-day to full-day corporate experiences designed to energize, inspire, and connect teams. Sessions combine well-being, creativity, and team development, delivered directly at major client offices or selected venues.
We launched in Europe and are expanding to Australia. As a sales face in the market, you will focus on driving new corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission with full flexibility and independence.
Role type: commission-based sales associate (potential salaried role/partnership opportunity for the right person in the future).
Your Role
- Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D;, leadership teams, office managers).
- Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients.
- Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business.
- Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner.
- Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients.
Ideal Candidate
- Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile.
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients.
- Based in Australia.

- Sales experience (account acquisition/management) with major companies B2B/corporate.
- Ok with working on commission-only.
- Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile.
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients.
- Based in Australia.
