We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Delivery Commercial Operations APAC team as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, supporting ANZ Acquisitions. In this role, you will work closely with local General Managers and Sales Leaders to drive cross-segment initiatives that fuel scalable growth, enable data-driven decision-making, and unlock new market opportunities.
Your impact in role:
- Drive the execution of critical commercial cadences such as forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance reviews (MBRs/QBRs), enabling consistent operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional projects to design and implement scalable sales support systems, processes, and tooling improvements that fuel business growth.
- Provide actionable insights through quantitative analysis of sales performance and market trends, helping shape local GTM strategies and optimise resource allocation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams by building strong, collaborative relationships that align business needs with operational solutions.
The experience you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in Sales Operations, supporting enterprise-level GTM strategies in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success in sales analytics, forecasting, quota setting, and driving data-informed decisions across commercial teams.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Salesforce, and other BI/CRM tools, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business narratives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leadership.
