Hansen Yuncken is looking for
Site Supervisors
to join our team on a number of projects in and around Newcastle
.
You'll play a vital role in delivering complex, high-profile projects that create lasting value for communities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and ready to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee the implementation of all site safety and ensure all procedures are monitored according to the Project Safety Management Plan
* Monitor the progress of works against the current construction program and ensure all trades are coordinating with each other
* Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved in all cases
* Managing cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget
What's Needed:
* Experience as a Foreman/ Site Supervisor on commercial/ government projects is essential
* Good understanding of OH&S processes
* Programming knowledge
* Established relationships with subcontractors
* Trade qualification preferred
* Excellent communication skills
