**Key Responsibilities:**
You will lead project teams to identify and implement bespoke solutions for specific client problems, enabling long-term sustainable change to the client's performance and objectives. Your duties will include delivering high-quality business advisory services to new and existing clients, supporting engagement leads in scoping and executing consulting engagements, and preparing solutions and improvements to processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree or advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years industry experience in your chosen field and/or prior experience as a Senior Consultant or Practice Lead (or equivalent) in a professional services firm
3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of typical consulting team structures, roles, responsibilities, analytical techniques, problem-solving frameworks, and communication approaches
4. Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, heavy industry/manufacturing, supply chain management, etc.
5. The ability to encourage and embrace a team culture within project teams and be
