Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations to maintain brand standards and store presentation
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, wages, KPIs, stock loss) and implement improvement actions
Qualifications
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
