Description We are hiring for a National Account Manager – Pharmacy to join us. Purpose of the role This role will report to a Head of Pharmacy and is responsible to develop and implement strategic plans across retail accounts—specifically to Pharmacy—to achieve Blackmores’ business objectives, including sales and profit targets. The role involves managing the customer relationship, driving strategic account planning, and ensuring alignment between Blackmores’ brand strategies and the customer’s needs. Own the P&L and customer relationship to deliver annual sales, revenue, and profit targets. Drive strategic account planning aligned with both Blackmores and pharmacy key accounts to achieve joint objectives Maximize brand exposure and promotional ROI through tailored programs and cross-functional collaboration. Lead customer planning by developing and executing 12 month strategies with internal stakeholders. Act as the customer and category expert, translating insights into actionable plans. Manage and mentor one direct report, supporting their development. Ensure in-store execution and process improvement, maintaining accurate forecasts and promotional effectiveness. Who are you? A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or economics. Possess at least 4 years of work experience in key account management or national account management roles for FMCG, Pharmacy or Consumer Health companies with a strong exposure to the pharmacy channel. Strong relationship building, negotiation and analytical skills. Comfortable to use various sources of data for analysis and reports (preferred AZTEC Data analysis) Able to display strong ability in cross functional collaboration and a strategic approach to elevate the role.
