As regulatory requirements intensify under AASB S2, TCFD and ISSB frameworks, they are expanding their senior team to meet growing demand for world‑class climate risk, adaptation and transition planning advisory.
Key Focus Areas Lead complex climate risk assessments and transition‑planning engagements for Australia's largest organisations.
Shape climate advisory methodologies, ensuring market‑leading solutions.
Drive business development and build long‑term strategic client relationships.
Mentor and develop junior consultants while contributing to practice growth.
Present to Boards and C‑suite executives on climate risk, scenario analysis and strategic resilience.
What You'll Bring
Ideally, you will have:
15+ years in climate risk advisory or sustainability consulting (Big 4 preferred) with expertise in climate scenario analysis, adaptation planning and transition strategies across high‑emitting industries (manufacturing, utilities, construction, retail, transport, technology).
Senior management experience with line‑management responsibilities and a proven track record of scaling and commercialising products or services.
Deep technical knowledge of climate science, physical and transition risk assessment, and mandatory climate disclosure frameworks (AASB S2, TCFD, ISSB).
Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and present to boards and C‑suite executives.
