We are currently seeking fit, reliable, and keen labourers to join our teams in hands‑on, outdoor roles, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the State.
About the Roles:
* General hands on labour assisting with roadworks, repairs, construction and maintenance.
* Manual handling, site preparation and clean up duties.
* Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
* Assisting plant operators, truck drivers and site crews.
* Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite.
* Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
What We are Looking For:
* MUST have Construction White Card.
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
* Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Variety of DAY and NIGHT shifts.
* Ability to follow instructions, work with autonomy and as a part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual and safety focused.
* A desire to pursue a career along this path and develop with professional teams.
Desirable but not essential:
* Medium Rigid (MR) Licence or higher.
* Traffic Management.
* Previous experience in operation of small plant and tools.
