As the Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the growth, usage and overall success of Everyday Banking products and customers. You will manage the day-to-day performance of the Everyday Banking product portfolio and drive product development and enhancements in line with customer needs. You proactively monitor product performance using internal reports and data sources, resolve issues, and support stakeholders as. You also assist with developing broader Deposit product strategy as. The Senior Product Manager works closely with internal stakeholders to identify product enhancements in line with customer needs, market signals and other feedback reporting mechanisms, and assists with the delivery and maintenance of these solutions. As the Senior Product Manager, Deposits, you support the Senior Manager, Deposits in managing the strategy, product development, product life cycle, financial metrics, compliance and risk, for all existing and any everyday transactional products. The Deposit product team sits within the Product team, under the Customer Office. The Senior Product Manager reports into the Senior Manager and the Deposit product team collaborates cross-functionally with other divisions of Great Southern Bank to deliver performance outcomes, manage risk, and improve the customer experience. You’ll make an impact by: Managing the performance of the Everyday Banking product portfolio, including positioning for customer activation, acquisition and retention. Monitoring and reporting performance across the Everyday Banking portfolio, including competitor insights, customer and risk metrics. Review existing products and implement changes to the products and deliver enhancements to ensure optimal value to customers and GSB Day to day relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders Drive the definition, development and deployment of new products and significant product enhancements, and contribute to the design, implementation, and regular review of our New Product Development process. Manage risk across the portfolio and lead implementation of regulatory change / compliance initiatives Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: 5 years’ experience in a Product Management or similar role, with exposure to everyday transactional deposit products Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manage large and complex data volumes, identify trends and create actionable insights Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different audiences Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics or Finance are preferred Why Great Southern Bank?
