**Personal Assistant.**

**The Role**: This Personal Assistant role offers crucial administrative support to the General Manager - Testing, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the testing function. You will manage schedules, communications, reporting, and coordinate training, while also assisting the wider Test Leadership team.

**Your New Team**: You will join our dynamic Testing team, providing vital support to the General Manager - Testing within Auto & General, Australia's fastest-growing major insurer. We foster a culture of high performance and integrity, working collaboratively to achieve our vision of being Australia's best insurer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager - Testing, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite.
- Support contract administration, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Capture meeting minutes for the General Manager - Testing.
- Assist with team event coordination for the General Manager - Testing.
- Coordinate and administer the Test Academy, including scheduling training sessions, managing materials, and tracking participant progress.
- Manage and organise testing documentation and resources.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather information and ensure effective communication.
- Support the documentation of process improvements within the testing function.
- Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding of new team members.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Administrative, or relevant role.
- Demonstrated experience in providing personal assistant and general administration tasks.
- Strong documentation and expert reporting skills using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience with contract management, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
- Advanced proficiency in the full Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive approach and ability to take initiative.
- Pragmatic and resilient to change.
