About The Role
This position involves all aspects of restaurant operations, including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen duties. You will work closely with the shift manager and be an integral part of the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Duties
* Provide high levels of customer satisfaction
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
* Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Clean equipment, fittings, and restaurant areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately
* Work effectively as a team member to maintain customer flow and achieve sales targets
Key Skills And Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash
