About The Role
Engenco Limited is looking for a dynamic Payroll Officer to join our high‐performing Payroll Team. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver accurate, timely end‐to‐end payroll services across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Beyond day‐to‐day payroll operations, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance payroll processes, systems and overall service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‐on experience with SuccessFactors Payroll if you haven't worked with the system before. You'll be supported by a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and professional growth – making it an ideal environment to further develop your payroll career.
About You Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing end‐to‐end payroll processes.
* SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP Payroll (desirable).
* Ability to articulate payroll processes and procedures.
* Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, and how Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements operate.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proven capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
