Job Overview
Description
* Manage all aspects of payroll processing for 650 employees fortnightly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Lead payroll system configuration and recommend improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, superannuation, and tax obligations, mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Provide data analysis, KPI reporting, and budget impact assessments, supporting informed decision-making.
* Respond to internal and external payroll queries with professionalism and care, delivering exceptional customer service.
Profile
* Senior Payroll Officer looking to take the step up into leadership, or an experienced payroll leader looking to join a purpose-driven organisation.
* Strong understanding of payroll systems and Australian payroll legislation.
* Experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes, including staff supervision and training.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with HR and Finance teams.
