As an experienced HVAC Technician, you will provide exceptional building services to the commercial sector. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, fire, and Building Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems and plant equipment.
* Perform breakdown service, installations, and quoted project works.
* Prepare and submit detailed reports of work performed.
* Login all relevant information into a field management app.
* Evaluate and ensure client expectations are met.
About You:
* You have experience servicing major mechanical plant and equipment.
* You possess technical knowledge and understanding of Chillers and large central plant.
* You are familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and various control systems.
* You are honest and reliable.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You can work under pressure.
* You can work independently and as part of a team.
* You have Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) knowledge and understanding.
* You possess diagnosis and fault-finding skills.
* You are willing to travel interstate when required.
* You are available for overtime when necessary.

Requirements:
* You must hold your own basic hand tools, cordless tools, and testing instruments.
* You must hold a Full ARCtick License (RAC01) and/or Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.
* You must hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* You must obtain a Working at Heights Ticket within 2 years.
* You must obtain a National Police Clearance within 3 months.
* You must have the ability to obtain a Working with Children check.
* You must have the right to work in Australia.
