ABOUT THE ROLE

* Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a varied generalist mix delivered through community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
* Benefit from flexibility in scheduling your appointments, working from home and spending time with the team in our Cairns office.
* Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
* Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, early childhood practitioners, and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
* Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

ABOUT YOU
* You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
* You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
* Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
* You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
