About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. As an Emergency Response Specialist, you will be responsible for providing acute injury management, facilitating telemedicine, and supporting security operations in conjunction with private security companies and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide emergency preparedness and response training to site personnel;
* Facilitate medical emergencies and provide basic life support as required;
* Conduct drug and alcohol testing services to ensure a safe working environment;
* Support security operations by responding to incidents and providing backup as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of Certificate III Mines Emergency Response and Rescue or equivalent qualification;
* Certificate IV Health Care (Ambulance) or equivalent qualification;
* Experience in emergency response and medical services, preferably in a mining or industrial setting;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
