We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst (STA) to support the testing and quality assurance of a Contract Payment System.

Insurance Domain exp is Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
* Perform end-to-end functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
* Validate payment, billing, invoicing, and contract management workflows.
* Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
* Conduct boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and other test design techniques.
* Validate location-based business processes and operational workflows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
* Prepare test documentation, reports, and defect metrics.
* Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Manual Testing.
* Experience testing Payment, Billing, Invoicing, or Contract Management Systems.
* Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
* Hands-on experience with:
* Boundary Value Analysis (BVA)
* Equivalence Class Partitioning (ECP)
* Functional and Regression Testing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
* Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
