We're looking for a hands‐on Tech Lead to lead our client's Product & Innovation squad. This role focuses on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and engineering enablement rather than traditional people management. You will own AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, IaC, and IaaS, and AI‐driven engineering workflows to improve scalability, reliability, and developer productivity. This role suits someone who began in software engineering and evolved into a solid DevOps or Platform leader at a startup or scale‐up.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
* Lead DevOps, AWS cloud infrastructure, and automation initiatives across the engineering function
* Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and platform reliability
* Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions
* Contribute to .NET and React environments where required
* Drive engineering productivity through AI‐assisted tooling and workflow automation
* Support scalable, secure, and high‐performing systems
* Mentor engineers and promote DevOps and platform best practices
Nice to Have
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or container platforms
* Exposure to AI tooling or AI‐assisted engineering workflows
* Experience mentoring engineers or stepping into leadership responsibilities
