Senior Power Platform Developer
Up to $170,000 + Super | Brisbane-based | Hybrid Flexibility
We’re working with a leading national organisation dedicated to supporting the backbone of Australia’s workforce. With a wide-reaching presence across multiple industries, their work directly impacts communities, businesses, and individuals every day. As they continue to scale their internal tech capability, they're investing in top talent to help modernise and streamline business processes.
This is a newly created, full-time role sitting within a growing internal IT team, with a focus on Microsoft’s Power Platform. You’ll play a key role in driving automation, improving operational efficiency, and building tools that genuinely make a difference to the way people work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
* Streamlining processes and automating workflows with Power Automate
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver custom solutions
* Integrating Power Platform solutions with Power BI, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms
* Ensuring all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
* Providing support and guidance to end users
We're looking for a mix of the following:
* Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer (ideally 5+ years)
* Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
* Strong understanding of connectors, APIs, and data services
* Exposure to cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, etc.)
* Comfortable working across multiple domains in a Windows environment
* Microsoft certifications in Power Platform / Power Automate highly regarded
