About The Role
We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis.
As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's rural products team.
You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them.
Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.
Responsibilities
Assist with in-store rural products sales and handling client queries
Perform the process surrounding quotes and sales administration
Fill client orders and arrange deliveries
Receive and dispatch stock
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth
Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets
Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products
Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients
About You
Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community
Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills
Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients
Hold a valid driver's license; a forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one
