Key Responsibilities
* Handling phone and walk-in enquiries from trade and B2B customers
* Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and basic applications
* Recommending suitable product configurations based on company training
* Processing customer orders and basic administrative tasks
* Coordinating with internal team members to support customers during installation and setup
Requirements
* Willingness to learn security and networking products
* Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up
* Good English communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
* Comfortable handling customer enquiries and phone calls
* Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid long-term work visa
Preferred but not essential:
* Background in IT, electronics, engineering, or related fields
* Interest in technical sales or B2B customer support
