Join to apply for the Ecommerce Manager role at Revere Recruitment

We're proud to partner with Calexico & Calexico Man to lead the next chapter of their digital growth.

If luxury fashion is your love language and you get a buzz from turning clicks into customers, this one’s for you. For 15+ years, Calexico’s two James Street boutiques have been Brisbane’s home of international style - now they’re scaling the online experience to match the in-store magic.

As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll treat the online store like it’s your own: owning the P&L;, lifting conversion, and shaping a luxe, boutique-grade customer journey end-to-end.

You’ll love:

- The brand - a Brisbane fashion institution bringing coveted global designers to Australia.
- The impact - full ownership of online revenue, AOV and conversion, with the mandate to grow.
- The craft - making Shopify sing, merchandising like a stylist, and obsessing over UX details.
- The pace - hands-on today, building the roadmap (and team) for tomorrow.
- The culture - stylish, entrepreneurial, and customer-obsessed.

Your remit:

- Own growth: Hold the online P&L; drive revenue, AOV, conversion and repeat rate.
- Run the engine: Oversee Shopify performance, UX, site speed, product merchandising and on-site content.
- Execute the plan: Build and run campaigns across Meta, Google, email (Klaviyo) and SEO.
- Elevate CX: Bring the boutique experience online - personalised journeys, premium packaging, loyalty and VIP moments.
- Decide with data: Track KPIs in GA4, surface insights, and make quick, commercial calls.
- Lead people: Mentor e-comm/fulfilment staff; shape the future team as the channel scales.
- Collaborate: Partner with Directors, Buyers and Brand to align with seasonal drops and sales targets.

You’re a fit if you have:

- A proven track record growing Ecommerce(fashion/luxury/retail preferred).
- Hands-on with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads and SEO.
- A balance of creative taste + commercial rigour - campaigns that look beautiful and convert.
- Practical experience across paid media, lifecycle/email and on-site optimisation.
- Leadership experience and the ambition to build a high-performing team.
- A genuine love of luxury fashion and delivering standout customer experiences online.

Why Calexico:

- Join one of Australia’s leading multi-brand luxury boutiques.
- Work with designers like Isabel Marant, Golden Goose, Citizens of Humanity, L’Agence and more.
- Generous staff discounts across women’s and men’s collections.
- Dynamic, creative, supportive team - and real ownership to make your mark.
