Well known Residential Home Builder seeking a motivated customer focused Client Support Officer to join our team in Caloundra. You will have a desire to excel in this highly rewarding Customer Service Role.
You will be working in a fast-paced office environment, with an experienced close-knit family friendly & flexible team.

You will report to the General Manager and your role will include but not be limited to.
* Liaising closely with the Supervising Team & Office staff
* Sending weekly updates to our clients with progress from site
* Sourcing and filing the relevant certificates with the Certification team.
* On going training with Company Programs
This is a high-volume customer communication role in which timely correspondence is key - You will be our clients point of contact during construction!
About you.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
This Position will be ideal for an individual who has previous experience in the building Industry, or Similar Role.
A minimum of 3-5 years of building industry experience is required.
* A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to our new Homeowners.
* A process driven candidate
* Good understanding of residential construction with the ability to read plans.
* Basic floor plan reading ability is required.
* Excellent organization, communication and time management skills
* Professionally presented individual.
* Ability to effectively communicate with a broad scope of Employees and Clientele
Renumeration negotiable based on experience.
