The Role
ISE Resources invites applications for an experienced and motivated SAP Work Management Coach to join our team on a three-month contract based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The successful candidate will provide expert coaching and mentoring related to the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, focusing on effective work management practices. This role is critical in advancing our client’s operational performance, supporting business continuity, and promoting workplace safety.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in SAP Work Management
* Training and coaching capabilities
* Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance management processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability for on-site work
* Previous exposure to mining or resources industries preferred
* Extensive SAP background, ideally as a Maintenance Supervisor or Planner
Role – Coaching Support
* Support frontline maintenance staff and technical leads in applying work management processes
* Reinforce essential messages and desired behaviours
* Deliver informal, practical coaching to planners, supervisors, and technicians
* Address process adoption challenges, clarify responsibilities, and offer progress observations
* Provide hands-on, field-based coaching—no classroom delivery required
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on coaching and support for SAP PM work management processes
* Assist with the development and implementation of best practice work management within SAP PM
* Conduct workshops and training to enhance team proficiency in SAP PM
* Collaborate with client teams to resolve SAP PM work management issues
* Monitor and report on the team’s progress in adopting SAP PM
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement in work management practices
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience as an SAP PM consultant or coach, with extensive SAP Plant Maintenance expertise
* Strong grounding in work management principles and asset-intensive industry practices
* Proven abilities in coaching, mentoring, and training SAP end users
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in heavy industry or manufacturing environments is advantageous
