Job Title: Product Director – Women’s Fashion

The Role:They are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead their product strategy, design, and merchandising. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to delivery, ensuring their collections are on-trend, commercially successful, and aligned with the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the product team, fostering creativity and and execute product strategy in line with brand vision and market trends.Oversee product planning, assortment development, and seasonal collections.Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive product offerings.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform product decisions.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet commercial goals.Ensure product quality, fit, and design integrity across all categories.
About You:Proven experience in a senior product or merchandising leadership role within women’s fashion.Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for design and trend forecasting.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Experience overseeing multiple product categories and seasonal collections.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for fashion, creativity, and delivering products that excite customers.
