Anytime Fitness The Entrance and the opening soon Anytime Fitness Tumbi Umbi, are looking for motivated Membership Consultants to join our busy and growing clubs.
We're part of a network of high-performing Anytime Fitness clubs, known for genuine member care, strong community culture, and world-class facilities. Our mission is simple: to inspire healthier, happier lives every day.
This is a casual role with consistent hours and the opportunity to grow as our clubs continue to expand.
About You
You're confident, friendly, and proactive – someone who enjoys talking to people and creating positive experiences.
You don't just sell memberships; you build relationships, welcome members into the club, and help create a community people want to be part of.
Previous experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly regarded, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective and current members, delivering exceptional customer service
• Support membership sales through tours, enquiries, and follow ups
• Assist the Club Manager with day-to-day club operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming club culture
• Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media content
• Respond to member enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Uphold all club policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We're Looking For
• Strong people and communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience (fitness experience is a bonus, not essential)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
• Confidence using basic technology and social media
• Australian permanent residency or full working rights
