Personal Banking Specialist
This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. This dynamic position involves assisting customers with enquiries, educating them about online platforms, and recommending products and services that best suit their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of customers' current and future goals to deliver tailored solutions.
* Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking requirements as our offerings continue to evolve.
* Guide customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their objectives.
