Food and Beverage Supervisor Role
This position oversees the daily operations of food and beverage services in a hotel environment.
About the Job
* Support daily F&B operations by being hands-on within the department.
* Lead the team with energy and flair to ensure guest experiences exceed expectations.
* Inspire and develop the team to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about operations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading both à-la-carte (lunch and dinner) and buffet-style services (breakfast and events).
2. Assisting in planning and executing hotel events, including setup, pack-down, and catering support.
3. Understanding menu content, updates, and promotions, and keeping the team informed.
4. Completing purchase orders for bar and restaurant supplies.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role or strong experience in a service role, preferably within a hotel environment.
* Ability to resolve problems and conflicts efficiently and work under pressure.
* Well-presented, organized, and calm personality.
