About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the timely delivery of key programs and ensure optimal performance at our Mornington Depot. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working alongside senior leaders to foster team growth, build strong relationships, and drive success.

Key Responsibilities Include
Managing personnel in accordance with Zinfra policies, ensuring only personnel with appropriate skills and qualifications are employees/ assigned to carry out required tasks.
Ensuring the ongoing performance management of the Overhead Distribution team and address performance issues in a timely manner.
Providing guidance to enable the safe and timely delivery of connections and appointment work in line with client expectations and legislative requirements.
Consulting and supporting counterparts to ensure resourcing ability enables the delivery of the entire works program.
Ensuring delivery team captures and reports all relevant data from the field.
Managing and motivating direct and indirect reports to ensure all work is delivered to scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Ensuring resource capability, skill sets, and volume are sufficient to service the forecasted work safely and efficiently.
Managing internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers per Zinfra’s processes and procedures.
Ensuring the delivery is programmed efficiently to meet or exceed company and customer requirements.
About You
Proven ability to drive a safety culture and implement safety processes, systems, and programs for effective work delivery.
Understanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
Effective cost management within budget guidelines, including resource sharing for capital projects and achieving CAPEX & OPEX targets.
Experience in resource utilization and capacity planning for workforce and physical resources.
Experience in planning or strategy development.
Proven experience managing field teams.
