The Voluntary Assisted Dying Board Secretariat (the Board Secretariat) is seeking expressions of interest for two temporary Project Officers: 
- 1x Project Officer for temporary appointment up to Friday 19 September 2025 
- 1x Project Officer for temporary appointment up to Friday 19 December 2025 
Crown Clerk 7/8, salary from $113,574 - $125,720 plus Super and annual leave loading

Broadly, the Board Secretariat is responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of best practice policies, programs, projects, and activities relating to the NSW Voluntary Assisted Dying Board (the Board). The Board is established by the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2022 (the Act) as an independent advisory and decision-making body. The Board has a range of functions, including: 
- providing annual reports on the operation of the Act to the Minister for Health 
- collecting statistical information about voluntary assisted dying in NSW 
- conducting analysis and research in relation information given to the Board under the Act 
- making referrals for investigations of suspected breaches of the Act.
