As they continue their rapid expansion in Australia, we're seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across corporate, education, government, and architectural sectors.
Your new role
As the National BDM, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with end users, architects, designers, and commercial furniture partners.
* Leading complex solution-based sales that integrate IoT-enabled locker systems into smart building environments.
* Building long-term relationships with major clients, property groups, workplace strategists, and fit-out contractors.
* Representing the company at industry events and actively contributing to brand positioning in the market.
* Collaborating with global teams and local delivery partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally within workplace technology, commercial furniture, smart building solutions, or SaaS-enabled hardware.
* Strong understanding of the project lifecycle across commercial fit-outs, office relocations, and architectural tendering processes.
* Comfortable navigating C-suite, FM, IT, and property teams to sell high-value workplace solutions.
* Highly self-driven, strategic, and tech-savvy.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to pipeline development.
