ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently looking for a switched-on Specialist/GP sales representative to join our team as a Product Specialist. In this permanent position, you will manage the NSW North territory (Northern part of Sydney and some regional areas) and work with our well-established products in memory and disease-related metabolic disorder categories. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing these products as market leaders by communicating product information to specialists, GPs, and other HCPs, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

* Engage with Healthcare Professionals (Geriatricians, Neurologists, GPs) to recommend and educate on the use of Souvenaid, the Souvenaid Connections (SC) Program, and other nutritional products through all relevant field force channels, both face-to-face and digital, in line with strategic priorities.
* Understand and present key clinical paper findings on Souvenaid and other products to key opinion leaders.
* Build credibility of Souvenaid and other products in accordance with Danone policies and ANZ regulations.
* Establish strong scientific partnerships with HCPs to ensure sustainable business growth.
* Implement and monitor business strategies to enable HCPs to recommend Souvenaid and other nutritional products.
* Use local data and market trends to plan your territory strategy. Turn national goals into local actions, review progress quarterly, create business plans for targeted customers, track and report results, manage Souvenaid samples, and travel across WA and SA to support healthcare professionals and patients.
* Implement and achieve sales targets within the territory to exceed business objectives.
* Support patients, carers, and HCPs in the referral process by establishing Souvenaid as a treatment for dementia and facilitating registration into SC and purchase of Souvenaid.
* Work cross-functionally to manage logistics for educational events and trade sponsorships as needed.


About You

You are a self-motivated Sales Representative/Product Specialist with experience working alongside GPs and Specialists. You thrive in an autonomous role within a national team, enjoy sales, and are driven by results. You excel at handling ambiguity and overcoming barriers.

Ideally, you will have:

* 2+ years of medical sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
* A background in Dietetics or Nursing (preferred but not essential)
* High professionalism, confidence, and proficiency in persuasive influencing and networking with HCPs.
* Commercial acumen.
* Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Business planning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office suite).
